Monday

6-7am All Levels
6:30-8pm All Levels

Tuesday

Noon-1pm All Levels
6:30-8pm suwari waza (1st and 3rd Tuesdays each month)

Wednesday

6-7am All Levels
5:30-6:25 pm youth (age 5-12)
6:30-8pm All Levels

Thursday

Noon-1pm All Levels
6:15-7:30pm Aikido/Karate

Friday

6:15-7:15pm Aikido weapons
7:15-8:15pm All Levels

Saturday

9-9:55am youth (age 5-12)
10-11:30am advanced Aikido (First Saturday of each month is All Levels Aikido)

Sunday

10-11am ukemi (2nd and 4th Sundays of each month)*
12:30-2pm Zen Meditation

*2nd Sunday ukemi is all levels, 4th Sunday ukemi is advanced

Remaining Sundays are open mat practice for all levels (10-11am)
