Please Note:

Inclement Weather: During the winter months or periods of inclement weather, youth classes will be cancelled per the Madison School District school closings. Please check the AOM Facebook Page for cancellation information.

Holidays: The dojo is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas day. Other holidays may have adjusted hours. Please check the AOM Facebook Page for cancellation information.

*Open Mat is available to Aikido of Madison members and aikido students from other dojos.

*Intermediate & Advanced Classes: Open to 5th kyu and up or with approval of instructor.

*Movement Modifications “Abilities” Class: Open to all levels of Aikido. Focus on movement with a goal to train beyond limitations. For all ages and abilities.

*Yudansha Training is open to dan-ranked (black-belt) students or those approved by Sensei whose ukemi is at the appropriate level. We welcome dojo-cho and senior students from all surrounding aikido dojos, regardless of affiliation. Others are welcome to observe.
